Delivery Information – Mojo Outdoor Hire

At Mojo Outdoor Hire, we pride ourselves on providing the widest variety and best value party hire equipment across Brisbane. To maintain high efficiency and cost-effectiveness, all of our hire items are supplied via delivery and collection service —we do offer customer pickup.

Our streamlined delivery model allows us to keep delivery fees lower than many other hire companies by grouping deliveries in the same area, which means faster offloading and collection and savings passed directly to you.


Delivery Options

We offer two types of delivery services to suit your event needs:

1. Standard Delivery (Flexible)

Our Standard Delivery service applies when your delivery and collection times are flexible within our standard operating hours:

  • Delivery and collection can occur up to 1–3 days before and after your event.

  • Suitable for residential homes, venues, and locations where equipment can be stored safely between delivery and your event start time.

  • Delivery and pickup occur during standard hours:
    Monday to Saturday: 7am – 5pm
    Sunday: 8am – 4pm

  • Delivery locations must be within 25 metres of where our vehicle can park and be on the ground floor.

  • Equipment marked as “Supply Only” will be delivered to the closest front entrance (e.g., garage, front door, loading dock).

Examples:

  • We park on your driveway or street, and equipment is delivered to your garage or entrance.

  • Your venue can safely store equipment in a lobby or loading dock before and after your event.

Note: All inflatables are installed by our team and delivered directly to backyards, provided access is within 25 metres. No extra fees apply unless stairs, slopes, or gravel paths are involved.

2. Restricted Delivery

Restricted Delivery involves additional fees and applies when:

  • You need a specific delivery or collection time outside our standard flexible window.

  • Your event has strict timing constraints (e.g., park bookings, hotel function rooms) that do not allow early delivery or late collection.

  • Equipment must be delivered beyond ground level (e.g., upstairs, elevated locations) or to the rear of the property.

  • The delivery or setup area is more than 25 metres from where the vehicle can park.

  • Access requires stairs, lifts, escalators, or navigating slopes.

Examples:

  • Delivering to a 24th-floor office with no loading dock access.

  • Setup in a backyard accessed via steep slopes or stairs.

  • Equipment must be delivered to a location 100 metres from the unloading zone (e.g., shopping centre stores).

Please note: Additional labour and after-hours fees may apply depending on equipment quantity, venue, and location.
