How much does it cost to hire chairs?

Our chair hire starts from just $1.99 per chair, with premium wedding chairs from $4.99. Prices exclude GST and delivery. Bulk hire discounts are available!

Is there a minimum number of chairs I need to hire?

No minimum hire! Whether you need 10 chairs or 200, we’re happy to help. We cater to both small backyard parties and large weddings.

Do you deliver and set up the chairs?

Yes, we offer delivery across Brisbane North and surrounding suburbs. Setup is optional and can be added to your quote. Delivery starts from $60 depending on distance.

Can I pick up the chairs myself?

How do I get a quote or book?

Can I fit the chairs in my car?

Yes — if you’re using a standard SUV with the back seats folded down, you can fit around:

  • 50 plastic or foldable chairs, or

  • 30 chairs and 4 trestle tables

Just make sure the vehicle is clean and has enough tie-down space to avoid damage.

How long can I hire the chairs for?

Our standard hire period is 1–4 days, which covers most weekend and event needs.
Need the chairs for longer? Extended hire is available — just let us know in your quote request.

Example: Hire Friday, return Monday — no extra cost under standard hire.

How much do I pay to reserve my booking?

To reserve your booking, we require a 15% deposit upfront.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event date.

💳 We accept card payments, bank transfer, and provide a secure payment link via email.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Do you offer damage protection or insurance?

Yes! For peace of mind, we offer a Protection Deposit option you can pay upfront.
This covers accidental damage or loss during your hire period.

If you choose protection:

  • You pay a small additional fee (usually a fixed amount or percentage of your hire).

  • You won’t be charged for minor damages or accidents.

If you don’t choose protection, you’re responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage or loss.
