Step One,

Enter Event Dates

  1. Locate the Dates Tab: Once you’re on our website, find the section or tab where you’re prompted to enter your event dates.

  2. Specify Dates: Enter the dates for both the pickup and drop-off of your items.

Specify Date and Time

  1. Enter Dates and Times: Provide the pickup date and time, as well as the return date and time for your items.

  2. Check Stock Availability: By entering these details, you’ll be able to see the stock levels for each item for the specified dates and times on our website.

Step Two,

View and Select Equipment

  1. Access Categories: Click on “View Equipment Hire” to view a comprehensive list of our equipment categories.

  2. Browse Items: On this page, you’ll find various icons representing different types of items, such as chairs, tables, and more. Browse through these icons to find what you need.

Step Three,

Adding Items to Your Cart

  1. Select Quantity: Choose the desired quantity for each item you wish to add.

  2. Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button to include the item in your cart.

Step Four,

Proceeding to Checkout

  1. Review Your Cart: After adding all your desired items to the cart, click on the cart icon to view its contents. If the cart isn’t already visible, you may need to click the cart icon to open it.

  2. Checkout: Once you’re ready, click the “Checkout” button to begin the checkout process.

Step Five,

Payment and Confirmation

  1. Deposit Payment: After entering your information, you’ll be asked to pay a 25% deposit of the total order amount. This deposit is required to reserve your items and hold them for your chosen dates.

  2. Order Confirmation: Once your details are submitted and the deposit is paid, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order has been successfully placed.

  3. Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due 5 days before your selected hire date.
